Carlos Tíscar (1964) graduated from the School of Applied Arts in Valencia (1982) in the field of industrial design. Two years later, he moved to Italy to study at the Scuola Politecnica di Milan.
He began to make a career as a member of the industrial design group Factoría (1987), and then as a partner of the consulting firm Gesto Design Management (1991).
Since 1993 he has managed his own studio. Currently he works on projects for home, contract and Office furniture, as well as urban furniture and household objects.
He has held industrial design lessons at some schools and public institutions: Barreira (Valencia), AIMME (Paterna), and EsdiCEU (Alfara Del Patriarca).
Main clients: Andreu World, bm2000, Concepta, Girsberger, Hodema, Italesse, Karl Andersson, Liv'it by Fiam, Offecct, Paularte design, Santa & Cole, Sellex.
